Iquazu Falls: borders Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina

Skylar Martin, 6th grader from Annapolis, Maryland joined me in Buenos Aires.  I tutored Skylar in Spanish for a month, and at the end of her stay she was able to communicate effectively in restaurant situations, commerce, and public transportation.

QuiƩn Soy: adjective review/getting to know you

Students use adjectives that correlate with the letters of their name to describe themselves.  Students present their projects to their cooperative learning groups in the target language.  This is a great way to encourage team building, and help master content.

I worked as first mate for The Martins on their catamaran.  We home schooled the girls as we sailed the Caribbean and Mediterranean Seas.
